^{Undo is inspired by Douglas Gordon's video piece Stooges Burn-Out. In his work, he lit a cigarette and played The Stooges' 'I Wanna Be Your Dog'. The original song was three minutes and eight seconds long, so I kept it that way. I play Douglas Gordon's video backward, so the cigarette slowly goes from a cigarette butt to a full cigarette. I also inserted many catastrophic events in human history and daily occurrences and play them backward. For instance, I was smoking and washing my face, immediately followed by the collapse of the World Trade Center on 9/11 and the Space Shuttle Challenger crash.}

^{In today's digital age, undoing a thing has become very simple, press Ctrl+z on the computer, and we can go back to before it happened. In real life, time is still linear, but a video makes it possible to go back in time, like Lynne Sachs's Atalanta: 32 Years Later (2006), in which she played a children's cartoon backward to retell the story in a feminist and liberal version.

I often think about the things that make me regret, if I can do it all over again, would my life be better, and the world better?}
